Senior BJP leader Sushma Swaraj has expressed her unhappiness over Jaswant Singh not being allowed to contest upcoming Lok Sabha polls from his home constituency Barmer.<br />"I understand that it is not an ordinary decision and there must have been a strong reason for it.
