BJP leader Maneka Gandhi on Thursday pulled up son Varun Gandhi for saying that his cousin Rahul Gandhi had done decent work in his constituency Amethi.<br />"What Varun has said is wrong. I have been to Amethi. He should not speak before verifying facts," said Maneka Gandhi, who is contesting from Pilibhit. <br /><br />Varun, contesting on a BJP ticket from Sultanpur, had told a public gathering on April 1 that he had heard about the opening of many small industries in Amethi, from where Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi is seeking a reelection.
