Congress President Sonia Gandhi who was contesting from Rae Bareli parliamentary constituency has won the seat. Gandhi was contesting against Ajay Agarwal of BJP in the constituency. Rae Bareli is the traditional seat of Gandhi family from where Sonia has been contesting and winning.
