An unprecedented three-tier security arrangement that is tighter than what is usually made for the annual Republic Day parade has been made for Narendra Modi's swearing-in ceremony as the 15th Prime Minister of India on Monday, sources familiar with the matter said.<br /><br />As many as 3,000-4,000 people are expected for the ceremony organised at the forecourts of the Rashtrapati Bhawan.<br /><br />The Army and Air Force are also providing security, but most of the arrangements are being overseen by Delhi Police, along with paramilitary forces, sources said.
