Dismissing the protests against coal block allocations by parties led by the SP as "part- protest, part alliance", the BJP said it will launch a nationwide "Bofors-like campaign" and force the UPA government to quit before 2014. Hitting out at Yadav and his protests, BJP spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain said the agitation is "part protest, part-alliance. They cannot enjoy the fruits of power and also protest against the government. There is a joint front of the SP and the Congress. Yadav gives uninterrupted power to Rae Bareli and Amethi."
