Unfortunately, it's now the epidemic has spiralled out of control.The eastern districts of Uttar Pradesh are in the grips of Japanese Encephalitis and Acute Encephalitis Syndrome.The death of seven more children at the BRD Medical College during the last 48 hours took the encephalitis toll to 390 on Thursday.
