The Supreme Court on Tuesday demanded answers over the impasse over the formation of Delhi government.<br /><br />A constitution bench headed by Justice Dattu heard the Aam Aadmi Party's plea on government formation and asked "Why should MLAs be sitting at home?"<br /><br />However, government sources said that elections can only be held in December to form the government in Delhi.<br /><br />The Supreme Court asked the Centre to come back with a 'positive result' in five weeks.
