As the higher echelons of the judiciary were hit by the third sexual harassment scandal in six months, with a high court judge being accused by a subordinate court judge this time, Chief Justice of India R.M. Lodha said on Monday that the issue was "very serious" and would be "dealt with appropriately".<br /><br />Reacting to the complaint by a lower court judge in Gwalior against a judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, Lodha said: "All versions will have to be taken into account. I will seek a report from the Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court and take action accordingly.
