In a surprising revelation the Delhi police has revealed that Ponty Chaddha didn't know how to use a fire arm. But despite this, he was issued an arms license. And not only him, but the entire Chaddha family got no less than 7 licenses issued from Rampur in Uttar Pradesh on a single day.
