Separatist leaders will go ahead with their meeting with Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit in Delhi on Tuesday even after India cancelled the foreign secretary-level talks with Pakistan. <br /><br />Taking a tough stand at Pakistan's engagement with Kashmiri separatist leaders, India on Monday called off the August 25 foreign secretary-level talks, terming unacceptable "the continued efforts to interfere" in its internal affairs. <br /><br />"Mirwaiz Umar Farooq will go to meet Pakistan High Commissioner in Delhi tomorrow," spokesman of the moderate Hurriyat Conference said.
