Another diktat for girls in Haryana this time not from a khap panchayat but from a Government College authorities. Adarsh Mahila Mahavidayalaya college has issued an order to bar students from wearing jeans and T-shirts in the college campus. A fine would be imposed if girl students don't comply with the order. Further more, students have also been restricted from bringing mobile phone to the college.
