Janata Dal (United) chief Sharad Yadav today has gone ahead and made an insensitive remark... he said that like eating and drinking, sex was also a basic need. He said that the desire of sex was inevitable, as a youth needed sex in a span of 15 or 20 days. There is nothing called celibacy, he added.
