Rajasthan court gives man death for rape and murder of minor. The local court in Sriganganagar on Thursday awarded capital punishment to a youth for raping the 15-year-old sister of his friend and then axing her to death. The court describing the crime as a rarest of rare case, awarded death sentence for murder and life imprisonment for rape.
