At least three Indian army troopers were injured when a Improvised Explosive Device planted by suspected militants went off in Jammu and Kashmir's Varmul district, about 65 km from here.<br /><br /> <br /><br />A police official told Kashmir Dispatch that IED went off when an army convoy was passing through Nadihal in Rafiabad area of the volatile district on Thursday afternoon. <br /><br /> <br /><br />"Militants targeted the Indian army convoy by triggering an IED.
