The BJP seems to be returning to its Hindutva agenda, that was the signal that the party president Rajnath Singh sent from the Maha Kumbh at Allahabad. At the all-important VHP steering committee meeting in Allahabad, Singh reiterated the party's belief in Maryada Purushottam Ram.
