Senior Congress leader Narayan Rane today said BJP's first Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis lacks "acumen" and the administrative skills required to run government.<br /><br />"Fadnavis is a good person (but) he lacks the administrative skills and acumen to run a government.
