Voting is under way for the second phase of the five-phased state elections in 18 seats in Jammu & Kashmir and 20 seats spread across seven Maoist-hit tribal districts of Jharkhand amid tight security.<br /><br />All eyes are trained on this phase after the first one on November 25 logged a record turnout of over 70% in Jammu & Kashmir and 62% in Jharkhand.<br /><br />In Jammu & Kashmir, polling will continue till 4pm at 2181 polling booths.
