Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today arrived here from Delhi in a special aircraft to visit Thursday's blast sites in the city. Andhra Pradesh Governor ESL Narasimham, Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and other dignitaries received him at the Begumpet airport.
