The Delhi Police on Monday denied that they had issued any "character certificate" to the Uber cab driver Shiv Kumar Yadav arrested on suspicion of raping a 27-year-old woman in south Delhi on Friday night. Delhi Police commissioner BS Bassi issued a statement that the certificate is fake.
