The AAP reiterates its commitment to the people of Delhi for getting a full statehood status. It is important since DDA, Police and MCD need to be fully under the Delhi government for the reasons given below :<br /><br />1. DDA for land and housing issues. How can a Delhi government have control over land usage and allocation for its people if it has no say in it?<br /><br />2. Police: Fixing accountability for Delhi’s law and order. Other parties just keep stating full statehood as a poll promise. They don’t do it even when they have the same governments at the Centre and in the state. Actually, the central government can unilaterally do it.<br /><br />3. MCD: Synchronization in utilisation of resources in health and education is needed which is very poor right now.
