Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has once again reiterated that Country's growth is all poised to get back to 8 per cent. Addressing a gathering of India Inc called by the Confederation of Indian Industries, he said India's growth plunging to 5 per cent, was not entirely UPA Government's making.
