One person has died and several injured when 11 bogies of Muzafarpur-Yashwantpur Express derailed in Tamil Nadu. The accident occurred at Chitheri area near Arakkonam, around 60 km from Chennai, at about 5:30 am today. 5 AC coaches, 6 NON-AC coaches and pantry coach derailed. A rescue team was immediately rushed to the spot. The injured had been rushed to the government hospital.
