A panch has been arrested as part of a Hijbul Mujahideen module in South kashmir. Police says it has arrested two militants of Hijbul Mujahideen which include Mohammad Amin Khandey who is a panch of Bijbehara area of South Kashmir along with another associate from Kulgam. This has come as a shocker for security agencies.
