P.C. Chacko has no moral right to preside over the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC), according to Sushma Swaraj, Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha.<br /><br />Addressing presspersons here on Friday, she said for the first time a majority of JPC members have expressed no-confidence against its Chairman. The BJP has only six members in the JPC. Barring the Congress and NCP members, all the Opposition partners have expressed no-confidence against Chacko in the JPC.
