There was high drama at Sagar Ratna restaurant in Old Rajender Nagar area of central Delhi after a shootout between an alleged criminal and the special cell of Delhi Police on Saturday evening.<br /><br />The slain criminal, identified as Manoj Vashishtha, allegedly opened fire at the police team after they spotted him and asked him to surrender. The cops fired in retaliation and a bullet hit Manoj in the head.
