A day after a Sikh youth was killed in police firing, authorities have enforced curfew in Jammu parts.<br /><br />Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, Dr Pawan Kotwal also ordered closure of all educational institutions including schools and colleges in districts Jammu, Samba, Kathua, Rajouri and Poonch.
