NewsX: Sanjay Dutt's lawyer Subhash Yadav yesterday submitted before the special TADA Court that the 53-year-old actor wanted to withdraw his application filed on Tuesday.<br /><br />In that application he had sought leave to surrender before Yerwada jail in Pune instead of giving himself up in the TADA Court in Mumbai.<br /><br />Yerwada jail is familiar territory for the actor who has served two spells here earlier.<br /><br />Ensuring his safety will be an easier job here as he will most likely be given a cell with a toilet inside.<br /><br />He can also stay away from public glare by keeping to himself in his barrack that he will have all to himself.
