NewsX: On the eve of UPA 2 completing 4 years, NewsX caught up with NCP leader and Union Minister Praful Patel.<br /><br />Patel defended the Government despite several scams bogging it and was confident that NCP would continue to remain an ally of the Congress.<br />Praful Patel was also categorical about their support irrespective of who the Prime Ministerial candidate is.<br /><br />However, the NCP leader feels that UPA 2 could have marketed the development works undertaken by it in a better manner.
