Two on-duty Delhi Traffic Police personnel were thrashed by some persons in north east Delhi's Gokulpuri on Monday.<br /><br />The victims have been identified as head constable Sanjay Bhagwan and constable Manoj.<br /><br />Sources claimed that the incident took place at around 9 am on Monday when they were attacked by over 15 men near <br /><br />Wazirabad Road in Gokulpuri.
