NewsX: Mumbai Crime Branch on the verge of issuing summons to a hotelier in Chennai after his name emerged as a suspect in he IPL fixing case. <br /><br />The suspect's name is Vikram Agarwal alias Victor. His name had also come up during the interrogation by the Chennai police of bookie Uttamlal Jain alias Kitty. <br /><br /><br />Victor had allegedly used a SIM card obtained in his wife's name to keep in touch with the bookie and made around 100 calls to the bookie during each IPL match.
