New Delhi: Police on Saturday arrested the second person, accused of stabbing a 19-year-old girl in central Delhi's Anand Prabat area.<br /><br />Jai Prakash and his brother Ajay stabbed Meenakshi, a class 11 student on Thursday after she protested against their verbal abuse.
