NewsX: Sources are telling NewsX that to deflect the attention from BCCI president N. srinivasan, an attempt is being made to pull the plugs on former IPL boss Lalit Modi.<br /><br />A committe that was set up 3 years ago to probe charges on lalit Modi is suddenly being revived. Sources tell us that this is being done as pasrt of a larger conspiracy to shift the focus away from Srinivasan and his son-in-law Gurunath Meiyappan.<br /><br />The BCCI slapped 22 charges against him in 2010 while sacking him as IPL chief and filed a criminal case against him in the Chennai High Court.
