NewsX: In yet another twist to the nearly two-decade-oldSuryanelli sex scandal, the lone convict in the case, Dharmarajan retracted his allegation that Congress leader and Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman P J Kurien was involved in the case.<br />Dharmarajan now states that he is unfamiliar with kurien and has seen his pictures only in the media. He has detracted from his statements blaming a local journalist to whom he had given an interview of prompting him to implicate P J Kurien. <br />This detraction by Dharmarajan , the sole convict in the nearly teo decade old scandal has come as a huge relief to Kurien camp. <br />NewsX has been told by Kurien's office that the convict Dharmarajan has been telling bunch of lies, now he is retracting and this does not deserve a response from Kurien.
