NewsX: The Union Home Miniser Sushil Kumar Shinde's delayed response on Chhattisgarh has drawn him flak from from both the opposition as well as Congress leaders.<br /><br />Though Shinde is all set to visit Chhattisgarh today to take stock of the situation, his explanation for arriving 5 days after Saturday's Naxal attack has failed to cut ice.<br /><br />Shinde has cited a pre-scheduled appointment on May 28 with an internationally famous eye surgeon of keeping him back in the US.
