Flooding in the popular Greece resort island of Crete has left roads in desperate condition. <br /><br />In video filmed earlier this week, huge chunks of concrete are missing from the road, leaving cliff-like edges leading into the rushing rivers. <br /><br />This aftermath footage was captured in the town of Zoniana after two storms that hit the Greek island made February the wettest month on record in the country. <br /><br />At least one casualty has been reported as a result of the flooding on February 24 and four more a week before that.<br /><br />The island is now trying to start the long recovery in fixing its destroyed bridges and roads.
