Gurgaon Joint Commissioner (traffic) Bharti Arora has accused Police Commissioner Navdeep Singh Virk of harassment and mental torture. Arora, in her complaint letter to Haryana DGP Yashpal Singhal, has claimed that Virk is mentally torturing her and interfering in a rape case enquiry.
