Congress now has set out on publicising the food bill, with an eye on the upcoming assembly and Lok Sabha polls.<br /><br />Congress president Sonia Gandhi, for whom the project is a pet one, has called for a meeting of CLP leaders and PCC Chiefs on July 13 to discuss the scheme.
