NewsX: It was a month ago that tragedy struck Uttarakhand on June 16, rehabilitation seems a far cry for over 232 villages still cut off from the rest of the State. This is amid Government identifying as many as 239 villages for immediate rehabilitation.<br /><br />Another foremost factor that has been a major hurdle in rehabilitation work is the slow progress in putting the derailed connectivity back in place.
