Press Information Bureau, a state-run outlet which issues official press releases and news updates, tweeted a photo of PM Modi making <br /><br />an aerial survey of flood-hit city and adjoining areas.The photo showed a seated Modi looking — through the circular window of a <br /><br />chopper — at rooftops and submerged streets with a remarkable clarity.
