Dismissing reports that they might seek changes in the Motor Vehicle Act to implement the odd-even formula in the national capital post January 1, the Delhi Police on Saturday said that they would make their action plan in this matter only after the state government announces its policy on December 25. Delhi Police Commissioner B.S.
