Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Monday rubbished allegations by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley of her involvement in targeting the latter in the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) row. "Is Sonia Gandhi responsible for everything", asked Sonia Gandhi.
