Inspector Mohan Chand Sharma and 2 terrorists were killed in the 2008 encounter which took place days after the serial blasts in Delhi.<br /><br />Sept 13, 2008 Karol Bagh, Conaught Place, GK and India Gate, 26 popel died and 133 injured. The Indian Mujahideen struck again that day. A special cell of the Delhi police began their investigation.
