Even before the Odd-even rule comes into force, it has already got into trouble. Close on the heels of the Delhi government deny exemption to lawyers from the Odd-even rule, comes a petition in the Delhi High Court questioning the logic behind exempting women drivers and two-wheelers from the rule. The Delhi High Court, in turn, has asked the Delhi government to file a reply on the petition.
