NewsX: A simmering tension continues to grip Darjeeling hills on the fourth day of the indefinite bandh by Gorkha Janmukti Morcha.<br /><br />Normal life has been paralyzed as an indefinite bandh began on Saturday in Darjeeling to demand a Gorkhaland state, with a panchayat office being burnt down and protest intensifying.<br /><br />On the third day of the indefinite bandh a silent procession with the body of a GJM supporter Mangal Singh Rajput, who died after immolating himself over Gorkhaland demand, began its last journey in Kalimpong. <br /><br />Rajput's body was taken to his home in Kalimpong Sunday night in a procession.
