In what seems to be the biggest naval tragedy in the country. The navy has confirmed that bodies of 2 of the 18 missing sailors onboard INS Sindhurakshak have been recovered.<br /><br />Even as hope fades for the remaining sailors naval search and rescue operations are on to find them. Remember, a board of inquiry was set up on Wednesday is due to report its findings within a month. <br /><br />The board is reportedly looking at whether the accident happened due to non-compliance of standard operating procedures or equipment failure.
