The missing files in Coal-gate, which has put the probe in limbo, rocked Rajya Sabha forcing repeated adjournments.<br /><br />BJP, JDU and others have upped their ante alleging cover up and demanding the resignation of coal Minister Sriprakash Jaiswal after the government admitted to the missing files.<br /><br />However, the Government has ruled out any scope of Jaiswal's resignation.
