Supreme Court has agreed to hear the petition of BJP leader, Subramanian Swamy, regarding reinterpretation of the term 'juvenile' under the Juvenile Justice act.<br /><br />But the Apex Court has categorically made a distinction between this petition and the sentencing of the juvenile in the Delhi Gangrape case. The minor accused was 17 when the girl was brutally gangraped and left to die.<br /><br />Swamy wanted the sentencing of the case to stop till his petition is heard.
