The Sunday launch of VHP's Chaurasi Kosi Yatra fizzled out spectacularly, as the Uttar pradesh government had arrested senior VHP leaders and seers, ensuring that round one belonged to them. <br /><br />The government, which had banned the yatra, was in no mood to relent and said that the security arrangements would be in place till at-least September 13, the culmination day of the yatra.
