First Missing files and now no permission to question 3 key bureaucrats associated with the coal block allocation scam. CBI's probe into the the Coalgate Scam seems to be hitting one hurdle after the other.<br /><br />The CBI had approached DoPT for permission to question advisory to the PM TKA Nair, Chief Election Commissioner VS Sampath and Election Commissioner HS Brahma. <br /><br />But reports now suggest that DoPT has turned down CBI's request.
