After witnessing light and patchy showers, Delhi has finally recorded heavy Monsoon rains on Tuesday. Rain bearing clouds were seen over the city since the morning hours, giving rains of varying intensity over several parts of the city. At present, Palam Observatory, Safdarjung, Noida and Dwarka are reporting good rains and thundershowers.
